Spiritual Hypnotherapy
Spiritual hypnotherapy may be of help with:
relationship issues, existential quests, exploring natural gifts and talents, finding answers to unexplainable patterns, phobias, or symptoms, connecting with a higher intelligence (e.g., higher self, soul, teachers, guides), gaining perspective on life situations, connecting with a significant other(s) at a higher level, or overall spiritual development
About spiritual hypnotherapy:
Treatment includes womb regression, past life regression, soul/spirit world exploration, and soul communication. Inner child healing and future life pacing/progression may also be included depending on your needs.
For some time now, several members of the mainstream medical or psychological profession have been reporting astonishing discoveries that have led them to develop this field. Two examples are as follows:
Prominent psychiatrist Dr Brian Weiss, when working with a patient with severe phobias and anxiety attacks, used traditional therapy for 18 months but with no progress. He then tried using hypnotherapy to regress the patient to the cause of her issues. To everyone’s surprise, the patient started to recall past-life traumas, which in turn led to the disappearance of her symptoms.
Similarly, counselling psychologist Dr Michael Newton, who specialised in using clinical hypnotherapy, was working with a client whose doctor was unable to find any medical reason for the pain he was experiencing, and who had therefore referred him for psychological help. Dr Newton used regression hypnotherapy to explore the client’s childhood for potential injury but found nothing. He then asked the client to regress to the cause of his pain. The client then recalled an injury in a former life, and subsequently reported that the pain had now gone after the session.
Indeed, Dr Weiss, Dr Newton and many other spiritual regression therapists’ clients have also reported meeting teachers, guides, and soul mates and groups during their regression.
The well-reported results of such spiritual hypnotherapy techniques include a reduced fear of death, finding deeper meaning or seeing the bigger picture of life situations, finding purpose in life, and an improvement in the quality of relationships and overall wellbeing.

About your therapist:
I’m a clinical hypnotherapist with a particular interest in spiritual hypnotherapy. I’m also a counsellor and psychotherapist registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I had my first past life regression session about 12 years ago, in the middle of an existential crisis. Although being brought up as an atheist (I still don’t subscribe to any fixed belief system, but do have an open mind), I found an article about Dr Brian Weiss’s book ‘Many lives, Many Masters’ intriguing and felt moved to try spiritual regression.
The most memorable and healing episode of that session was, while being in trance, when the therapist led me to the death scene of a previous life. I automatically floated out of the physical body without him saying anything. I then floated higher and higher, and merged into an infinite sea of while light with golden rays. The tremendous ecstasy and bliss I experienced there were beyond words. After that session, the fear of death I'd had since childhood was greatly reduced.
I subsequently embarked a journey of personal and professional development, and changed my career away from the business world and towards therapy.
I’m familiar with different schools of spiritual hypnotherapy frameworks, such as those of Dr Brian Weiss, Dr Michael Newton, Dr Roger Woolger, and Dolores Cannon. I’m also familiar with many schools of wisdom traditions and practices in relation to psychology, psychotherapy, and overall wellbeing. I endeavor to meet you at your framework of reference.
